Our Help Desk Process
- Your call will be answered by a Level 1 technician
- If your support request can be resolved within 15 minutes, the technician will remain on the call to resolve the issue
- If your request will take longer than 15 minutes to resolve, they will (a) provide the customer with an estimated completion time, or (b) pass the call off to a Level 2 technician if one is available
- You will be notified when the request has been resolved and your ticket is closed out
